FULFILLMENT POLICY
Description of Services

Copywriting Services, Monthly Marketing Services, Monthly Content Writing Services Brand Photography
These services require a custom signed contract with Christine McShane Creative. This contract includes a detailed description of your custom work, and will include:

- Detailed descriptions of deliverables and timeframes (custom to your particular project or business)
- Refund Policies
- Cancellation Policies
- Payment Fees and Schedules, including currency (US dollar only) and payment options
- Payment options
- Depending on the service provided, Christine McShane Creative often accepts physical checks, ACH bank payments, PayPal payments, or credit card payments Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. For payments over $900, payments are accepted only through physical check or ACH bank payment.

Contracts must be signed before any work begins.

Any LIVE Makeover Sessions, Pick My Brain Sessions, or Recorded Mini Audits are booked through an appointment booking system.
These services do not require a signed contract, but will present you with the terms and conditions for that particular service when you book the appointment.
Currency and Payment Options

Christine McShane Creative (a divison of Christine McShane Photography LLC) only accepts US Dollars as currency.
​
Payments can be made by ACH bank transfer, written check from a US bank, and in some cases by PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
​
Your payments are handled by third party processors. You will enter in your own payment information directly into these online third party processors. Christine McShane Creative does not store your payment information.

LIVE Makeover Sessions, Pick My Brain Sessions, or Recorded Mini Audits are booked through an appointment booking system - There are no refunds once the session has started. The full refund and cancellation policy is outlined in the terms of service that you must agree to before making payment.
